EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Shiver ‘sent photos of her ex-NFL player husband Robert Shiver to Bahamas ‘hitman’ Faron Newbold along with message reading ‘kill him’ – as he and her lover Terrance Bethel are pictured : NEWSFINALE

Georgia housewife Lindsay Shiver is alleged to have sent photos of her ex-football player husband to a Bahamas hitman – along with a message reading: ‘kill him,’ DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

The former cheerleader, 36, has spent the past two weeks locked up in a grim Nassau prison after cops uncovered evidence of a ‘murder-for-hire’ plot to target her wealthy husband Robert Shiver, 38.

Shiver is accused of conspiring with her barman lover Terrance Adrien Bethel, 28, to enlist Faron Newbold, 29 – alias Faylo – for the hit on former Auburn standout Robert, who is now safely back in Thomasville, Georgia with the couple’s three young sons.

According to documents seen by DailyMail.com, the petite blonde broke down during her police interview and allegedly confessed to sending photos and messages to Newbold, instructing him to murder her husband of 13 years.

Her Nassau-based attorney, Ian Cargill, has not responded to multiple requests for comment.

Both Bethel and Newbold, a wannabe music producer, can be seen for the first time in an array of social media.

Bethel tried to avoid reporters as he arrived to check in at Marsh Harbour police station late Friday afternoon, a requirement of his bail conditions.

Wearing a pink t-shirt and sweat pants, he smirked and hopped back into a black Ford truck before roaring away.

Newbold is the son of a local Marsh Harbour politician. Despite his musical aspirations, his day job is working as an engineer for a power company.

Asked whether she believed her son could be moonlighting as a hitman, Newbold’s mom Melissa snapped: ‘Not interested.’

An acquaintance of Newbold told DailyMail.com he made for an unlikely hitman.

‘He comes from a good family and has a good job. I’ve never known him to be involved in anything like this,’ the pal said.

The alleged co-conspirators were released Thursday on $20,000 bail, but Shiver will have to find five times that amount in cash and persuade a judge that she has a place to stay in the Bahamas before she can be released with an electronic ankle tag.

The trio were arrested on the island of Guana after police discovered the plot late last month, before being flown to the capital Nassau where the nation’s sole prison is located.

Earlier this week video footage emerged on social media showing Shiver being moved to jail in the Bahamas with her lover and the alleged hitman, who were seen smiling as they were escorted under lax security.

Video footage shared on social media showed Shiver without prison clothes or handcuffs as authorities flew her to the only prison in the Bahamas

Shiver’s alleged co-conspirators – including her lover Terrane Adrien Bethel, and accused hired hitman Faron Newbold (right) – were seen sharing a pair of handcuffs as they wore shameless grins while being escorted through the airport

The three appeared to be shuttled by only a small number of officers, with the two men sharing a pair of handcuffs and Lindsay without any handcuffs or prison clothes.

Shiver’s parents are so desperate to get her out of Nassau’s Fox Hill Prison – known for its harsh conditions and overcrowding – that they’ve considered buying a local property to satisfy the court’s demands, DailyMail.com has learned.

The former beauty pageant contestant is said to have been hooking up for the past several months with Bethel, whom she met while vacationing in Great Guana Cay in the sun-steeped Abaco Islands, part of the Bahamas.

Robert’s family own property there in exclusive Baker’s Bay, a members-only golf resort where A-listers such as Michael Jordan, Justin Timberlake, and Tom Brady have sprawling coastal mansions.

But they cut off Shiver’s access to the luxurious residence and the family’s private jet in April after Robert learned of her fling with Bethel and filed for divorce, citing his wife’s ‘adulterous conduct’.

Shiver hit back in a counter-filing, accusing Robert of domestic abuse and claiming that any ‘extramarital relationship’ came after they had already split.

Since then, Robert and their three kids, all aged under 12, have remained at the $2.5million marital home in Thomasville while Shiver has traveled back and forth to the Bahamas to visit Bethel, sources say.

‘It’s common knowledge that they are dating,’ a friend told DailyMail.com. ‘It was like a crazy love affair between them.’

In his divorce filing after discovering the affair, Robert sought custody of their three children and total ownership of their Georgia mansion. The pair met in 2007 while studying at Auburn University where Robert was captain of the football team

The family’s sprawling residence in Thomasville, Georgia, which is valued at $2.5million, features seven bedrooms

The alleged murder plot was uncovered by chance when cops began investigating a break-in at Grabbers, a popular waterfront drinking spot on Great Guana Cay.

They asked staff – including Bethel – to hand over their phones for inspection and found WhatsApp messages in which he, Shiver and Newbold allegedly discussed killing Robert, who was visiting his family home in nearby Baker’s Bay.

The trio were arrested on July 21 and more incriminating messages were found on their devices, according to a well-placed source.

Robert was vacationing independently of his estranged wife when cops contacted him to warn him about the plot. He was left ‘in fear of his life’ and flew back to the US with their kids shortly afterwards.

Shiver, Bethel, and Newbold were all transported from Great Guana Cay to Nassau, where Shiver has been locked up ever since at Fox Hill, which has been slammed by Amnesty International because of the squalid conditions and high number of inmate suicides.

A Supreme Court judge set her bail this week at $100,000 but Shiver will remain behind bars until officials have rubber stamped the arrangements at a hearing scheduled for next Wednesday.

Sources with knowledge of the case have dismissed reports suggesting Robert agreed to pick up the tab.

His wife won’t be allowed to leave the Bahamas while the case progresses, and she’ll have to surrender her passport and report daily to a police station in Nassau until her October indictment.

Shiver remains in custody charged with hatching a plot to hire a hitman to kill her husband

The couple were embroiled in a bitter custody battle at the time the alleged murder-for-hire plot was discovered

The 36-year-old was granted $100,000 bail and ordered to remain in the Bahamas while Bethel and Newbold were given $20,000 bail and a curfew. The three were taken to Fox Hill Prison in Nassau

Bethel and Newbold were granted $20,000 bail and released. They have to report to a police station in Marsh Harbour, the commercial center of Abaco, and abide by a curfew.

Robert is pursuing sole custody of the children and hopes to be the sole owner of the Thomasville mansion in the wake of the damning allegations.

Four days after the plot was discovered, the Georgia couple were scheduled to square off on July 20 in Thomas County Superior Court, where they had filed counterclaims against each other in a hostile custody battle.

While Robert accused his wife of cheating, Lindsay countered with accusations of ‘physical and mentally cruel treatment.’

She also claimed that her affair was during a time of separation for the couple and was ‘legally condoned by husband’, according to court documents.

Her attorney claimed in the filing that Robert was abusive, writing in a restraining order request against him: ‘(Lindsay) feels unsafe in the marital home and has installed locks on the interior doors of the home for protection.

‘(Robert) has abused the wife in the home in the children’s presence on multiple occasions, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally,’ the filing alleges.
