56 Key Kemah Edgewater Hotel in Seabrook, Texas Sold

HVS Brokerage & Advisory announces the sale of the 56-key Kemah Edgewater Hotel, located at 3636 NASA Road 1, Seabrook, Texas, 77586.

 

The property, built in 2004, was purchased by Krishna PS LLC, based in League City, Texas, from Pineda Hospitality, based in Seabrook, Texas.
